Founded by BRIT School trained performer and creative entrepreneur Joshua Nkemdilim, MOVE is built on a deep understanding of movement, music, and youth culture. Joshua’s career spans the West End, international touring productions including Pete Townshend’s Quadrophenia (modern ballet), film appearances such as Universal’s Wicked: For Good, television appearances including The Voice, and performances alongside artists including Busta Rhymes and Anne-Marie.

MOVE partners with artists, labels, and brands to create moments that move, from screen to stage and into real life.

Known for its instinctive read on youth culture and music-led storytelling, MOVE blends community, choreography, and creative direction to help projects cut through fast and feel genuinely native to the platforms they live on.
